Flower arranging
We have an excellent and willing team of arrangers for the Church flowers, but are always looking to invite others to join this happy band.  If you’d like to give it a go, perhaps by joining one of them for a trial session, please speak with Elisabeth Blower or The Rector. (Ladies or Gents welcome).

Open the Book - The Bible in School
We would like to form a small team able to go into our local school and narrate bible stories in a lively and entertaining way, as an occasional lunchtime activity. If you can be available at that time of the day and fancy giving this a go, please have a word. Revd Andrew Doye

Marmalade Festival
We will be holding this again on Saturday 17 February 2018 from 9.30am to 12 noon. The Seville orange season is upon us and it would be much appreciated if people could make marmalade. If you are able to make six jars that would be excellent. Toast and marmalade, with coffee or tea, will also be available at the Festival. Andrew T.

2018 is the Diocesan Year of Prayer

A Morning Prayer

Go before us, O Lord, in all our doings with your most gracious favour, and further us with your continual help, that in all our works begun, continued and ended in you, we may glorify your holy Name, and finally by your mercy obtain everlasting life; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

An Evening Prayer

Lighten our darkness, we beseech thee, O Lord; and by thy great mercy defend us from all perils and dangers of this night; for the love of thy only Son, our Saviour, Jesus Christ. Amen.
