Parish hall tables

Four Tables Missing  4 of the large tables are missing from the hall. I'm sure they've just been borrowed but does anyone have any idea of where they might be?  They went I think between Saturday mid-morning and Sunday at 9am. Andrew Turner

Bible Reading Notes

For September to December are in the pigeon holes for those who have ordered them. There are also new publications available, including one for Advent – please see the box in the church welcome area. I can place an order for you if you wish. Dennis F

Morning Prayer

This takes place in St John’s Church on all days from Monday to Friday at 8.30am. We are always pleased to see new people, whether on the odd occasion or as regular members of these congregations. The service takes place in the side chapel on the north side of the church, and our usual numbers are between 6 and 10, sometimes more.

Diary dates

St John the Baptist Church looks forward to hosting a concert on Sunday evening, 15 October 2017, by Ella Rundle, former Westbourne resident, as part of WemsFest 2017.

Andrew Doye has arranged a parish quiet day, which he will lead, on Thursday, 30 November 2017 at Birdham. Likely timings are 10am-4pm.
