Church Fete 2017 result
The Church Summer Fete was a huge success raising in excess of £3,000. The weather was perfect, not too hot, and the turn out amazing. Thanks to everyone who came and enjoyed the fun and games; cream teas; book, plant and produce stalls. Punch and Judy went down a treat with both the young and those young at heart, as I walked around the site eyes were fixed on Mr Punch together with beaming smiles.

As always, things like the Fete cannot happen without a band of merry helpers. Whether you helped put up gazebos, moved tables, collected chairs, ran a stall, draped bunting, mowed the lawns, delivered flyers, put up posters, donated goods, cooked sausages, counted money, drew up the accounts, made cream teas or washed up (I do hope I haven’t missed any jobs), oh and folded raffle tickets! A huge THANK YOU again. Keep your eyes open for the date for next year! Paula C

Parish Hall
Help still needed for maintenance work in the Hall including cleaning and some decorating (see separate list of jobs). If you could help at all please let me know.  Equally if you would like to book the hall during August please get in touch. Andrew T
