Monday 16 April 2018 and Thursday 19 April 2018 - 10.00am to 12 noon Drop In at the Parish Hall

Wednesday 18 April 2018 - APCM 7.30pm at the Parish Hall with Rector’s Reflection & refreshments. At the Annual Meeting we elect new members of the Church Council – nomination forms are on the Noticeboard inside the Church.  The Annual Report and Accounts for 2017 will be presented at the meeting. A copy of these is also on the Noticeboard.  Copies of the Reports from various groups in the church are also available on the Noticeboard. If you would like a paper or electronic copy of either the Accounts or the Reports, please ask Marjorie – kiplingmarjorie@gmail.com.  A summary - our 'Church Financial Times' - will be given out at the APCM.

Saturday 21 April 2018 - 7.00pm Fun Quiz Night - get your tickets for a fun-packed evening in Westbourne Parish Hall.  Buffet supper and a soft drink included.  Contact Marjorie on 379067 for tickets which cost £7.50 (half price for children) – all profits for church general funds.

Bible Reading Fellowship - Notes are available in church pigeon holes for those who have ordered them.This is the time of year to pay, especially if you usually pay for the year - i.e. three booklets costing £13.50 (£4.50 each). 

50/50 Club - The winning numbers for March are 1st 33, 2nd 52 and 3rd 8. The new year for the 50/50 Club begins in May and any new members would be welcome.  All you have to do is buy a year’s stake for £20 and you will be allocated a number.  All the numbers are then pooled and the three lucky winners are drawn at the end of each month.  50% of the money is given as prizes with the remaining 50% being donated to St. John’s Church.  Please contact one of the following if you are interested in joining: Carole W; Angie L or Robina R.

Saturday 12th May 2018 - Chilli Supper for Christian Aid at 7.30 for 7.45pm. We look forward to another lovely supper to raise funds for Christian Aid. This fun social evening is a chance to meet old and new friends. Why not bring all your friends along. All you need to do is bring your own cutlery, crockery, glasses and drink of your choice. The chilli-con-carne meal and desserts are provided. Tickets are on sale for £12 adults and £7 for under 16 year olds. They are available from Robina R.

31 May 2018 to 2 June 2018 - Chichester Cathedral Festival of Flowers  The Chichester Cathedral Restoration and Development Trust is collecting cups and saucers, preferably bone china, to use for flower arrangements to sell during the Festival.  If you can help, please deliver your unwanted cups and saucers to the Trust office in the Cathedral cloisters.  If you have any queries, please speak to Elisabeth B.

Copies of the consent form that we require you to sign to comply with the new Data Protection regulations are available in front of the bookshelves at the back of the church, together with copies of an explanatory Data Privacy Notice.  Please return signed forms into the box provided (which will be emptied after each service).
