Woodmancote Appeal
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of this Autumn's Appeal to support works of restoration at Woodmancote Church. We had set a target of £14,000. Following an energetic campaign of events, the support of the PCC, and generous individual contributions from churchgoers and villagers throughout the parish, we have achieved a total of £21,500. This will allow us to pursue works in 2018, inside and outside, to restore the Church to its former glories. Well done!

Tuesday 16 January 2018
Our churches will be prayed for at Chichester Cathedral at the 8.00am Holy Communion service, and again at the 5.30pm Evensong (said) service. There will be a complimentary tea at 4.30pm in 4 Canon Lane – please let Rona know ASAP if you are able to attend for tea.

Marmalade Festival
We will be holding this again on Saturday 17 February 2018 from 9.30am to 12 noon. The Seville orange season is upon us and it would be much appreciated if people could make marmalade. If you are able to make six jars that would be excellent. Toast and marmalade, with coffee or tea, will also be available at the Festival. Andrew Turner.

Why not make this a year in which you find a greater place for prayer in your life?

Ideas include:

ii)  joining us for Morning Prayer in St John's at 8.30am, once each week

iii)  lighting a candle at a set time each day and offering a few minutes of silence and intercession; a scheme could be,
