Bellringers   575414 Westbourne has its own bellringing team. Contact Peter Wilkinson for details. Practice takes place at St John the Baptist Church on Mondays at 7.30pm (except on bank holidays).
Bible Reading Fellowship (BRF) Mr M Fyfe  

Books from the BRF can be ordered towards the end of the year and are delivered and distributed through the pigeon holes at St John the Baptist Church. Other titles, advertised in the leaflet in the church area and books for Advent/Christmas are also available to order.

Churchwardens     Contact details for the ministry team and wardens.
Coffee mornings     Held weekly on Mondays, 10am - 12pm in the Parish Hall . Local lifts can be arranged. To assist with running a coffee morning, contact the Parish Hall office.

There is currently no Thursday morning coffee morning.
Flower arrangers     If you would like to get involved or donate towards the flower arrangements in the churches, contact Mrs E Blower, via the parish office.
Fundraising     Read about the latest events, updates from previous fundraisers and how you can get involved in our fundraising section. You can help run an event, volunteer, join the 50/50 club, or come along to set up or support on the day.

Gift Aid Mr Thomas Blower 375140 If you would like to set up Gift Aid arrangements for a regular or one-off donation to the church.
Home and Overseas Committee     This group also runs the First Friday lunches (when they resume) in the Parish Hall. Contact Robina Richter or Rona Musker.
Parish Giving Scheme (PGS)     Leaflets are available at the back of the church. You can also speak to the treasurer Mr Stewart Taylor in church or contact Mrs Ali George.
Parish Hall hire   01243 375055 Three different sized rooms are availables: two with or without fully equipped kitchens. Bright and airy rooms. Disabled access, central heating, toilet facilities. Details from the Parish Hall Office on or email the hall team. Please leave a phone message if the office is closed.

Prayer requests    

Prayer requests can be made by writing your own note or using a prayer card available in the Prayer Area of St John the Baptist Church and in the porch at Woodmancote Church. You only need to give a small amount of information.

Requests can be posted in Prayer Links boxes at these locations or in a box outside the Parish Hall (near the bike racks).
