Godparents’ Sunday on 9th September 2018, the 09.30 service at St John the Baptist Church will be a celebration of baptism and of the roles of godparents.  Families who have had a child christened in the last 18 months or so have been invited, but it is also open to anyone to bring along their godparents or godchildren to be part of this celebration. Or ask neighbours whom you know to have had a recent opportunity to become a godparent in a service further afield.
