A groundbreaking web resource - the new Visual Commentary on the Bible matches three works of art with passages of scripture. Each triptych is chosen by a theologian or an art historian, who also writes a short commentary on each picture, relating it to the Bible passage. Presently there are 50 completed triptychs, and this will increase to 1500 more than the coming seven years, as copyright licences are obtained. Visit thevcs.org and save the site as a bookmark. Year of Vocation booklets - these are available in Church from this week to guide and enable us all to consider during the months ahead the formation of a spiritual ‘Rule of Life’.
