Christian Aid successes. We raised £2,170 in the house to house collection, £313 at the Gondoliers concert and received a donation of £150 from a recent community breakfast in the Parish Hall – a grand total of £2,633. A huge thank you to everyone involved in so many ways, making this wonderful sum possible. This is in addition to money raised at the Chilli Supper. Robina Richter

Church Fete, Saturday 20 July 2019 - Only 6 weeks to go! We now have boxes in church for your donations to the raffle, tombola, toys, 'New to You/bric a brac (only good condition, please!).  Books (please see below), plants (please see Elisabeth B), produce/preserves (please see Lynda M) and cakes (please see Andrew Turner) would also be very welcome. We need your donations to help make the Fete a success!! Thank you.

CALLING ALL CHURCH FETE HELPERS!  You are invited to a short meeting in the hall after the 9.30am service on Sunday, 16 June.  I will have a list of stalls/stallholders/volunteers - please check the list to make sure I haven't missed anyone! Any queries - please let me know. May I ask that stallholders check for donations left in church and clear the boxes regularly? Thank you. Cherry D

BOOKS  Please search out your shelves and cupboards for any books for the Church Fete Bookstall which will be run by Andrew and Julia Gordon-Lennox.   Any books in sellable condition are welcomed. They need sorting, so we would prefer to receive them from you in advance rather than you leaving them in Church, so please contact them (contacts in pew sheet in church),  with your name, address and postcode, and we will collect. Many thanks in advance.
