UK Harvest

This year the donations of food collected at our harvest service, together with goods donated by all at Westbourne Primary School, were collected by UK Harvest. We have received thanks for the 326kg of goods which were donated – a wonderful result. Some of these goods went to the New Life Foundation Foodbank in Emsworth. Thank you all for goods and for donations you made online to the charity.

On Saturday 27 November 2021. I am leading a variant part of the Old Way route which runs from Southampton to Chichester, and I would love volunteers to join
me from 10.30am at Stoughton Church. We will receive a Pilgrim Blessing from the Vicar of Stoughton before walking over Kingley Vale and down to West Stoke
for a further Pilgrim Blessing and onto Chichester Cathedral for Evening Prayer at 5.30pm when our silence will be broken. I seek honest feedback from
volunteers on what I could do better for the actual event on Tuesday 14 December which can be booked through the British Pilgrimage Trust website.
Contact details available from me via the emailed pew sheet. Abigail Rowe
