Worship during Holy Week A candle burns in the North Chapel for the people of Ukraine. Chichester Cathedral also offers a rich fare of worship in Holy Week, either in person or online via the website. Includes 8pm Compline.
Revision of Electoral Roll April 2022 The churches’ Electoral Roll is being revised ahead of the Annual Meeting (‘APCM’) on 1 May 2022. To have your name added to the roll, please complete the form available in St John the Baptist’s church by Sunday 10 April 2022. Westbourne Magazine Copy for the May edition should be submitted to the editors by Tuesday 12 April 2022 at westbournemagazine@gmail.com Parochial Church Council Elections At the APCM on Sunday 1st May, elections will be held including those to fill vacancies in the PCC. If you would like to stand, or to know more, please speak with the Rector, Church Wardens or any other existing members. Charity Events Robina and Terry Richter will hold a coffee morning on Saturday 23 April 2022 to raise awareness and funds for the Tabora League for Children in Tanzania, ahead of their return visit. The project supports vulnerable children in Tabora with a meal a day, healthcare and education. Please come along. Address details in the printed pew sheet in church. Also on 23rd April Rona Musker and others will be supporting the RNLI Coffee Morning at Emsworth Slipper Sailing Club. All welcome. |
