The Church is open for private prayer on Thursdays between 11am and 3pm, and Sundays between Noon and 3pm, until further notice. 

Face coverings must be worn, please follow the signage and the one-way system and maintain social distancing.


Collect for the Sixth Sunday of Easter
God our redeemer, you have delivered us from the power of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of your Son: grant, that as by his death he has recalled us to life, so by his continual presence in us he may raise us to eternal joy; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen

• For the people of India and for all those areas of the world struggling to cope with the pandemic;
• For all who have been and continue to be affected by the pandemic;

 • For the families of those who have died; including the family of Malcolm Searley of Southbourne

• For the work of Christian Aid, marking its 75th Anniversary this year

Christian Aid events for 2021 in Westbourne
75th anniversary service - Christian Aid has lived out the challenge to stand together with sisters and brothers across the world – one global family. As we look ahead to the next chapters and challenges, join us in celebration, reflection and recommitment to the cause. Join Christian Aid in prayer and worship on Sunday 9 May at 6.30pm.

Christian Aid Envelopes - 10 to 16 May 2021 will be by delivery only
This year we will recommence the delivery of Christian Aid envelopes around the village. However, it will be delivery only, so please return your donations in the envelope to a central place such as The Window
Box in the Square, Westbourne.

Quiz Night, 7.30pm Friday 14 May 2021
This online fun social evening is a chance to meet old and new friends. All you need is a pen and paper. Just join in for fun and pit your wits. Bring along a glass of wine and nibbles. There is no charge. Please contact me by email so then I can invite you to the quiz on Zoom. Everyone is welcome. Contact Robina R (contacts in email pew sheet)

Plant Stall, 9.30am -2.00pm, Saturday 22 May on the Rectory Lawn
There will be a sale of plants to raise money for Christian Aid. We would welcome any spare plants you can donate for sale to raise funds and of course look forward to you all coming to buy too.
